This friendly French family lives in Sainte-Foy-lès-Lyon, a pleasant residential area just outside central Lyon. The parents work respectively in humanitarian logistics and as a social worker. They have three children, born in 2000, 2003 and 2007, although they do not all live at home permanently.
The family enjoys music, cinema, reading, exhibitions and travelling, making their home a particularly interesting environment for an international student looking to experience French family life and share cultural interests.
The family lives in a spacious 112 m² apartment with four large bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate shower room and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The home is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, computer, electric piano and guitars.
The student has a private bedroom, furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe. As shown in the photos, the room is spacious and provides a comfortable environment for both studying and relaxing.
The home is conveniently connected to central Lyon by public transport. Bus lines 49 and C19 provide direct connections to Perrache in approximately 10–15 minutes, making it easy for students to reach the city centre and connect with Lyon’s wider public transport network.
