This warm and experienced host family lives in a comfortable house in a quiet residential area near Lyon. Their home offers plenty of space, with several bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living and dining area, a kitchen, a library and a garden. The student has a private bedroom with a bed, desk and private shower room.
The family enjoys travelling, sailing, hiking, skiing, cooking, reading, games and music. They are used to welcoming international students into their home and genuinely enjoy the cultural exchange that comes with the experience.
Public transport is easily accessible, with bus stops just a few minutes’ walk from the house. Lyon city centre can be reached in approximately 20–25 minutes, and La Doua university campus in around 30–35 minutes.
The family can welcome students throughout most of the year and offers different accommodation options, from bed & breakfast to half-board arrangements including dinners with the family.
